Shipping Policy
Made to order
Every Fire Brothers Merch item is printed or made to order once you place your order. Production usually takes about 2 to 7 business days. After that, your order ships and carrier transit time applies. Production and transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and may run longer during holidays and new drops.
Where we ship
We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is also offered to many countries; the destinations available for your order are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your address, and you will see the exact cost before you pay. Current standard US rates are:
- T-shirts: $4.95 flat rate
- Hoodies and sweatshirts: $8.79 flat rate
- Hats and beanies: $4.69 flat rate
- Select oversized and specialty tees: weight-based, starting at $3.40
Faster US express options are available on some items at checkout. Rates are subject to change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Multiple packages
Our products are made at different production partners. Orders with more than one item may ship and arrive in separate packages, on different days, and may include a separate shipping charge for each group of items. You will receive tracking information by email for each package as it ships.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at stevendouglasbusiness@hotmail.com; once an order enters production, it may not be possible to change it.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at stevendouglasbusiness@hotmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier and our production partner to help resolve it.
