firebrothersmerch.com (the "Site") is operated by Dark Rose Clothes INC, doing business as Fire Brothers Merch ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products

We sell apparel and accessories only. Our products are made to order by production partners. We try to show colors and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen and from print to print, and mockup images are for illustration.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or correct pricing or description errors, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy; all sales are final except for misprinted, damaged, or defective items reported as described there.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, graphics, text, and images on the Site, including the Fire Brothers name and marks, belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
